Wedding Cake Guidelines
Guidelines for Koppes Kreations Cakes
1. $25.00 to hold your date
2. Balance due on your cake two weeks before the wedding.
3. No billing will be sent
4. $20.00 charge for bad checks.
5. Change of date after deposit is not guaranteed.
6. Down payment is not transferable.
7. No change of cake design after final payment.
8. If there is a change in reception site, please notify Koppes Kreations
9. No reduction of cake after final payment.
10. If work is started on cake no refund.
11. Colored icing matching color of wedding will not be guaranteed,
because of heat and light.
12. Reception hall should be unlocked at appropriate time.
13. Table should be ready and skirted.
14. You are responsible for plug in for fountain, if used. All necessary extension
cords are your responsibility.
15. After set up of cake, Koppes Kreations is no longer responsible.
Problem areas could be someone moving the table, employee running vacuum,
children, etc…
16. Flowers and greens are paid for by the couple,
unless other arrangements are made.
17. Returned equipment should be clean and put in original boxes.
$5.00 charge per day after Tuesday, unless other arrangements are made.
18. Misplaced or broken equipment are to be replaced by couple at full value of item.
19. Assign someone to take charge of equipment at reception.
