| We loved our wedding cake and it was even better than we could of imagined! The cake consultation was so much fun and wow so many flavors to choose from too. It was a joy to work with Nikki and thank you for all your hard work! George and Kim |
Our wedding cake was a big hit. We
had chocolate w/raspberry filling,
vanilla and chocolate on a 5 tier
cake. EVERYONE raved about it. At
the end of the night we didn't have
any left. Nikki was easy to work with
after changing my mind a couple of
times. Thanx for the cake Nikki!

| We were so impressed with our wedding cake and so were out guests! It came out better than I could have ever imagined. We had guests that had 2 and 3 pieces and everyone from my work still talks about how good the cake was! Nikki was great to work with and she helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for because I couldn't make my mind up. Thank you for everything Nikki, it was great working with you. | Nikki did a fantastic job on our wedding cake! We were completely amazed when we saw the finished product…it was far better than we could have imagined! I was concerned about using fondant because I had heard it didn’t taste well, but Nikki reassured me that she used the best kind out there. To our surprise, it tasted just like regular frosting! | Koppes Kreations topped the cake...with cupcakes at our wedding!! They (all 350+) were tasty and decorated just how we had wanted. Our crowd pleasing giant cupcake was fun to cut into and it was absolutely delicious! Leah & Joe 07.18.09 |

our wedding cakes turned out. Our wedding
cake was beautiful! It looked exactly how we
pictured it. We were so happy with how you
were able to incorporate all the effects we
wanted on our cake. Your cakes are so
creative, unique, and mighty tasty. Red Velvet
is our fav! The individual wedding cakes on
the tables were a MAJOR hit. I have to give
credit to Doug also because they were his
idea, and he is pretty proud of them!! We had
more compliments on those cakes than
anything else. They were convenient for our
guests and beautiful center pieces! Thanks
so much for everything Nikki. We will for sure
be back to buy more cake for future
occasions.
