| Thank you so much for doing an excellent job on our wedding cake. We absolutely loved it. It was beautiful and we received many compliments on it. | We absolutely loved our cake! It was such a fun looking cake but classy at the same time. We had our own ideas on what we wanted and Nikki helped us fill in what we weren't sure about. I remember leaving the design appointment feeling very excited about what the outcome would be. We weren't at all disappointed when we arrived at our reception and saw the cake. It was better than I had imagined. AND it tasted great!!! So many comments were made during and weeks AFTER our wedding about how good the cake was. | Nicole you did a wonderful job with our dessert bar, everyone loved it! One thing I would explain to people is how small the desserts are, i expected them to be alittle bigger, they are pretty much bit sized and i didn't realize that they were that tiny. After ordering everything, we only had about 25 cupcakes left. If i would have done it again, i would do less cupcakes and more desserts, because the desserts were an absolute hit at the reception!!!! Also i did 5 types of cupcakes, i think i would have kept it to the basic because we had alot of pumpkin and red velvet left! Thank you for everything!!! I definately would use your services again!!! leftovers to freeze, but we ended up only with a
couple pieces and I know that numbers didn't
change, so people definitely went back for more!
Now that we've found you, we're looking forward to
ordering cakes from you at other times. Thank you so

| Our wedding day was a near disaster with the July floods that came roaring through. The St. Frances Xavier Basilica was literally an island that day before the wedding- we couldn't even park near it for our rehearsal! The one thing I didn't have to worry about was our wedding cake from Koppes Kreations. Nikki had everything planned perfectly and was more than prepared if we had to change our venue at the last minute due to the inclement weather. All turned out on July 24, 2010 and we had a wonderful wedding. Our wedding cake from Nikki was exactly the way we pictured it, and tasted even better! Nikki has a gift for wedding cakes- and anyone who has been blessed to work with her, knows its true! She even gave us a voucher for our 1 year anniversary to have her re-create our cake topper (since the original is freezer burnt so bad by that time).
