About Our Business
My name is Nikki Koppes and owner of Koppes Kreations. We are
located at 115 Taylor St SE, Cascade in Eastern Iowa.
Koppes Kreations was started in 2001 and has steadily grown
every year. I actually started out decorating cakes when I was 16 for
a Dairy Queen. I then got back in to decorating when I had my first
daughter and through family and friends my business grew.
Every year I continue to grow my business and clientele. I look
forward to meeting with brides to work with them to create a
wedding cake just for them.
I try to stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends by
attending classes, local cake group meetings and trade shows.
I attended a class by world renowned cake decorator Nicholas
Lodge and learned how to create gumpaste flowers.
I also attended the Wilton classes.
